I just go the Domain route when setting up the computer, and it seems to work just fine. Am I missing something??? Could you do a video on what might be difference when you go the domain route. When I am finished with the computer, the system is in a workgroup, not a domain, but w. a local account. Thanks

My computer was messing up so I did a full windows restore wiping the drive and all and it wouldn't let me create a local account when it brought me to the sign in screen it must of used the windows update I just got not to long ago to restore my Pc so I wasn't able to. So I said let me try this I remembered I had a computer restore backup from a year ago and used that instead and I didn't have an issue it worked fine. I was able to create a local account. Once signed in it updated my Pc was good to go, I still have the local account showing.

I would like Microsoft to add back WordPad in Windows 11. I need this program a lot and Microsoft removed it. That sucks and is unfair. Please add back WordPad to Windows 11.

Installing Windows 11 on an unsupported laptop, what minimum specs would you recommend the laptop have? i.e. oldest year CPU, etc? External GPU required? And I'd assume at least 8GB Ram, though with my motherboard with i7 CPU, I have 16GB Ram.

Yeah, apparently I just had to restart but beforehand I already did for other updates. Then the last one decided to get stuck at constantly resetting to 0%. Troubleshooter told me to restart again then it finally worked. Strange technology

According to Wikipedia, Windows 11 has no end of life support. I hope so because I am fed up with all those new versions of Windows every few years.

Please stop fear mongering people to stop using Windows 7! It's their choice and NOT your concern whatsoever! They are full of ideas to better protect against viruses and malware using Windows 7. If Windows 10 reached end of support, will you have the audacity to comment on that? People can use whatever they want, as long as they how to defend themselves against the Open Internet. I'd use 0patch for Windows 10 to keep using Windows as long as possible till I might switch to Linux someday. This is NOT a hate comment, but just because an OS version of Windows reached end of life, everyone suddently panics, like: Oh! Windows 7 reached end of life and it's going to get infected with viruses and you no longer receive security updates, and your data is no longer safe. That's a false alarm! However, I kind of hate Microsoft's life cycle for operating system version support (10 years). I do care about keeping my data safe and receive security patches, but I don't accept fear-mongering of others about end-of-life products. If you're concerned about end-of-support, you might switch to a Linux distro, but it is up to you because you have to rewrite the whole learning curve from scratch to get used to it. i have a REALLY old build of Win10, it's soo old it is no longer supported... it has also NEVER received an update, something in auto-update refuses to work, even the Microsoft browser will NOT work... apparently the updater needs the "Microsoft" browser specifically in this build.... i need to get a video driver re-installed, however since win10, driver issues are a HUGE pain.. i can get the driver from the card site direct, but the driver is NOT in the right file format it seems.. i have used some features from SFC and DISM before.. and i am wondering 2 things.. first, will getting the windows ISO help fix the driver issue, and second, will said ISO let me update the windows build itself...

Want to know what you can do on a Mac and Linux without loosing personal files and programs? REINSTALL THE DAMN OS!!! I am still trying to figure out how in this day and age MS is still using an outdated filesystem structure that doesn't separate the programs and personal files from the OS.
